This is a holistic and planned home support and care service that enables you to continue to live in your own home, instead of moving to live in a care/nursing home.
Care in the comfort of your own home
We hand pick a small team of carers who will live in with our customers for an agreed period which can be long term or on a temporary basis as required and agreed, for example, whilst relatives are away, for holidays or following a period of illness.
Live-in care allows you or loved ones to remain at home and benefit from one-to-one full time personal care support and companionship from a friendly and fully trained carer.
You will have the security and companionship of a carer who will accompany you to the shops, library or the park.
Care and Support you can expect:
Your live-in carers team is there to support you live as independently as possible in your own home, through a comprehensive care and support package based upon your preference and needs.
For example, you may need help to get up in the morning and get washed and dressed; you may need help again at night to get ready for bed; and you may need help with light household duties such as cleaning the house and cooking your favourite meals.
